The cooling and lubricating water system of the unit must supply water to the unit before the pump starts. Check the packing tightness, not too tight or too loose.

Install the outlet pressure gauge to detect the resistance of the system, because under normal circumstances, due to system changes, it is necessary to use valves to adjust the flow and pressure.
